To satisfy your lingering curiosity, here are my 2025 resolutions: To care about plants. To be more open-minded about vessel sinks. To do my very best not to honk in traffic, unless it’s just a bit warranted of course. To finally learn how to use the clicker. To force myself to sleep in til 6am. On weekends. And to figure out my charger situation.
This is in stark contrast to most real estate agents whose New Year’s resolutions are about goals: to sell a certain number of properties, to reach a certain level of sales, and to gain a high ranking by the end of the year.
The Brad Lippitz Group is the opposite. With a complete client-centric approach, we don’t set goals. We focus on our clients’ needs, make sure that we serve them diligently, and work hard to maximize THEIR goals. Success inevitably follows.

The Great American Dog Show

Calling all canine lovers! The Great American Dog Show is taking over the Tinley Park Convention Center from January 3-5. Attendees can watch premier show dogs from American Kennel Club (AKC) recognized breeds compete for top prizes, as well as meet the competitors. The three-day experience will also include a puppy show, demonstrations, a grooming show, vendors offering pooch-friendly products and experts providing educational programming.
