Early in the summer my colleague Anne and I met with a couple who had lived in their home in West Lakeview for over 20 years and wanted us to sell it for them so they could downsize. After touring the house, we sat down and reviewed the strategy and process. I stressed my team’s number one goal when we sell a home: to get as much money as the market will bear for our clients. Pretty simple, eh?
