With 2024 just days away, I have no doubt you’re all scrambling to come up with your New Year's resolution. Let’s take some time and review the possibilities, starting with the obvious: joining a gym. As someone who works out on a daily basis at a gym, I’d recommend nixing this one right out of the gate for one simple reason. Working out sucks. Do not believe a word from others who go regularly and tell you how much they love it. It’s not fun and there are a lot of other things you could do with those precious hours. Like watching the latest Netflix series with very attractive actors or a reality wilderness show.
Possibility number 2: eating healthy. This is a huge problem because this excludes everything we love, especially pasta and anything deep-fried. You have to be realistic. Like you’re really going to give up french fries? The Wiener's Circle? Reese's peanut butter blizzards at DQ? I think not, people.
Another possibility: spending more time with family and friends. Sounds good on paper, but really? Yawn.
This leaves us with the one single best New Year’s resolution: finally move to a new home. You’ve procrastinated this decision for a long time, citing the market, politics, too much stuff accumulated, kids at home, kids away from home, nerves, finances, the weather, too tired, Ukraine, and your in-laws.
Well, my friends, my team and I are here to help you finally take the leap: to figure out how to do it and what fits best for you. With patience, experience, and - of course - love, we will help guide you every step of the way in realizing this momentous (if not, way overdue) change.
That’s our New Year’s resolution.
Have a great weekend and cheers to a fantastic 2024!
