In the coming days and weeks, many of you will be taking off for holiday/winter travel. And, if you’re like me, you may be spending your private off moments away - when no one is looking - surfing online for homes for sale in your choice destination. It’s always fun to dream and to scout out the possibilities.
Over the years, Yoni has caught me numerous times in the act: from Maui, to Burlington, to Nairobi, to Tel Aviv, to Breckenridge, to Madison, to New Buffalo, to Manhattan, to Oshkosh, to Paris, to New Orleans, to Palm Springs…I somehow always find myself on my laptop checking out what properties are available and for how much. Always.
If you’re even tempted to click and request a showing at something you’ve found online during your vacation, this is what you must do: stop, resist, and reach out to me. Repeat: stop, resist, and reach out to me. Do not click the 20-year old touched-up picture of that agent with a fake smile.
