Into the weekend
(and 2022)...
|
Looking back, 2021 turned out to be the year of change. A banner year for the Brad Lippitz Group was the direct result of people making substantive changes to their lives and coming to us to help make them. It’s been one hell of a roller coaster: one minute we’re pre-pandemic; then we’re in the height of the pandemic; then we’re post-pandemic; then, rinse and repeat.
Our clients dug deep and reflected on their own priorities. Some needed a different allocation of rooms to ease working and studying at home. Some decided that outdoor space would be paramount; others decided to purchase a second home. Some needed larger spaces to accommodate their young adult children returning home; others demanded smaller spaces to make sure their young adult children would not return home. The pandemic brought some couples closer to each other; others, not so much.
In each and every instance, we shifted to high gear to successfully effectuate the changes our clients sought. And, of course, we did it with style - whether it be Modern, Vintage, Architectural, Cool, or something in between.
Although I'm not sure what lies ahead in 2022, my group and I are committed to helping you work through the changes which will help you realize your priorities and dreams. I hope 2022 brings you and those you love health, peace, and lots of great times.

Looking for all the spectacle of a New Year's Eve celebration without the pricey tickets and long lines for drinks? Just head downtown and find a spot along the Chicago River just before midnight to witness what organizers are calling the city's "largest fireworks display," launching from eight sites between Navy Pier and Orleans Street. If you'd rather watch from indoors, you can score a ticket to New Year's Eve parties at venues like Swissôtel or LondonHouse—and WGN will be broadcasting the pyrotechnics, too.

Willow Hill's Winter Magic
|
Bring a thermos of hot chocolate and a cozy blanket to accompany your ride through Willow Hill's Winter Magic, a new drive-through holiday light experience in suburban Northbrook. Located at Willow Hill Golf Course, the display stretches over a mile of glittering lights with a bevy of cheerful themes, including "Snowflake Valley," "Reindeer Flight School" and a 250-foot animated video tunnel, among other attractions. Proceeds from the show benefit Erika's Lighthouse, a not-for-profit dedicated to fighting teenage depression.
