Of all the (handful of) regrettable things I did in my childhood, nothing tops making my sister Deena sit in our living room and listen to me sing Barry Manilow songs while I played the piano - and making sure she told me how great I was. Through every single excruciating key change. Although I was a decent piano player, I know now that no singer - EVER - was more off-key than me.
But yet I wanted to be Barry Manilow so badly.
Although my team and I will never force you to do anything nearly as horrifying as what I put my sister through, we may occasionally push you to see a property you may never have considered - and may even object to. But for some reason - knowing our buyers like we do, we often see value, potential, or opportunity which may not be so clear at the outset.
So if we make an out-of-the-box suggestion, it may be worth fifteen minutes of your time for a showing. More often than not, our buyers are thankful for the direction- and often take our lead.
