Today I was proud to be named by Crain's Chicago Business to be recognized as a 2021 notable residential real estate broker. Brad Lippitz Group was also recognized recently as a Top Ten Team in Chicago with Platinum (the highest) level of sales for 2020.
My group and I worked so hard dealing with the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic, and I couldn't be more proud of how we all adjusted, pivoted, and forged ahead (albeit masked, gloved, distanced and with plenty of sanitizer!).
One thing we learned for sure: no mater what is going on in the world, people will always want and need to buy and sell real estate. Whether it's being relocated, downsizing, upsizing or right-sizing, transactions still happen.
And what this past year forced so many of us to understand is that it's never the wrong time to re-evaluate where we are or what's important to us, whether we're talking about life in general or the roof over our heads.

Finish (or start?) doing the Top Ten Chicago

We are so lucky to live in this amazing place we call home, Chicago. There is so much to do, it seems like we can never get to all of them. Secret Chicago has come to the rescue by coming up with their Top Ten bucket-list, and I'm proud to report that I've done 7 of them, NOT including (sadly) the
AIRE’s Ancient Baths. Located in a restored historic River West factory dating back to 1902, Secret Chicago reports that the baths are the best place in Chicago for some R&R. Inspired by the traditional Roman, Greek, and Ottoman ancient experience of bathing, this preserved structure has been restored to its original splendor and you can now find inner peace within the exposed brick, wooden beams, and industrial columns of the building.

If you're anything like my husband, you've been a tad obsessed with the saga of the Ever Given, the massive container ship that got stuck in the Suez Canal, nearly bringing the world economy to it's knees. Fortunately for Yoni, there's a cool app called " Ever Given Everywhere"
