With so much happening in Chicago this weekend (Market Days, Cubs/Sox game, other fun stuff), it might be easy to overlook one of the most special events -
In thinking how best to celebrate with all of you, I don’t think y’all need to go running to Neiman Marcus, the Jonathan Adler store, or Cartier (although it’s completely fine if you’ve already made those gift purchases for me).
Instead, in keeping with the spirit of my career in real estate, I would appreciate something more meaningful this year- something from home, perhaps even your home. Maybe it’s your Sub-Zero wine fridge, or the vessel sink from your powder room, or a rare Stueben vase displayed on your dining room buffet. If you really want to go all out, then maybe it’s your staircase, or an extra deeded garage space, or even your high efficiency furnace(s) (Winter is many months away).
As always, I’m happy to share my thoughts and suggestions, so feel free to reach out!
In the meantime, have a great weekend!
