A couple of weeks ago we closed on the sale of a fabulous 3,500 square-foot downtown condominium in a luxury highrise. It’s a beautiful custom residence, impeccably finished and built-out to the highest standards...and with views in all directions to boot.
Like so many properties in our portfolio, it was a dream listing, and my team and I enjoyed showing it and selling it for my client.
But here’s the thing: my client wasn’t always my client. She had worked with another agent with the purchase and sale of her previous properties - until that agent refused to take her son’s listing because of its lower price-point, something she never forgot. When it came time to sell this ultra-luxe condo, she turned to her friend/designer for guidance who thoughtfully referred her to me.
