One might think that the big news in Brad Lippitz Groupland is our fierce start to the Spring Market even before the Spring Market begins - with listings going under contract, new listings coming to market, and our buyers finding what they want and need.
Or possibly what’s going outside of Brad Lippitz Groupland.
But the real bombshell-monumental-tectonic announcement for everyone is this: I finally succumbed and got a new iPhone (without even a shattered screen!), Apple watch, and Air Pods. All in the same week. And they’re all on, synched, memoried up in the iCloud (or whatever/wherever/however), and charged to the max using the correct chargers.
Now we can all rest easy.
