They say you can’t choose your family. For me, that’s a really good thing because I like all of them. A lot. (Even though many in my family prefer Almond Joy to Dots - and, curiously, Cold Stone Creamery over DQ. I’m not kidding).
Other folks may not share my good fortune. In those families, disputes last decades, siblings hold grudges, parents judge, kids rebel, and all grapple with the complexities of life with its twists and turns.
My good fortune continues at work where I’ve built another family at the Brad Lippitz Group - over decades. Every day I feel lucky to have Brittany, Stewart, Anne, Yoni and Judd by my side. For years.
Even though I’m regularly approached by those asking to join the group, I invariably turn them away. The results of my selectivity are clear: a small yet strong team of experienced, talented, market-savvy individuals who are 110% focused on client care.
But with Jim retiring last year - and with both Bracken and Rusti relocating out-of-state, I saw an opportunity to expand the team. And after months of searching, interviewing and even power-zooming (Does that make me cool? Even a little bit?), BLG absorbed a small powerhouse team into our fold this week: the Crotty Group, formerly of Keller Williams.
Curtis, Bailey and Wes are a rare bunch who share our values, our commitment, and our results. Their mojo jives with ours, and we’re already feeling the love.
If you see them in the office, on showings, or at your side on tours, please welcome them into the family.
They already know to stay away from my Dots.
Have a great weekend!
Best,
Brad
