Into the weekend...

As I’m sure you all know, the tagline of the Brad Lippitz Group is:

”Modern. Vintage. Architectural. Cool. And everything in between.”

 

Except for making sure you get enough protein and packing in your steps, I’m sure that you have nothing more important in your day than to memorize our group’s tagline.

 

I came up with this little tagline years ago when I was trying to convey the essence of our team and the properties we typically represent. And for over 30 years, our reputation speaks for itself. Most of our listings are just, well, “special” in some way. In contrast to other real estate brokers, we understand and convey so much more than the obvious. We see and represent the extraordinary.

 

It’s rare for me to be at an event or social gathering when someone does not approach me to chat about one of the properties in our portfolio. 

 

But today I’d like to focus on what “and everything in between” means because yesterday we closed on a condo which epitomizes this.

 

It’s a decent 525 square foot studio (shown below) for $95,000. Even though there’s nothing remarkable about it, our client had purchased the studio for a family member and now needed to sell it. And here’s the thing: we treated it just like all our listings. We helped the seller freshen it up, promoted it aggressively, and positioned it perfectly in the marketplace.

 

Like we do with our $5+ million listings.

 

Our seller was absolutely thrilled with the results. I’m honored that our clients entrust us with everything and anything: Modern, Vintage, Architectural, Cool….

 

And, yes, everything in between. Even a 525 square foot studio for $95,000.
