Into the weekend!

As you all know, our team goes to great lengths to not only connect you with the right property, but to hold your hand through the process and to minimize any potential stress. We’re here to protect you every step of the way.

 

And as a lawyer (who doesn't practicing law), I tend to look at the worst-case scenarios and then advise accordingly. We just want to make sure you’re making the best decision you can for you and your family.

What kind of renegade would pay 20% over market for a house? What kind of fool would not have an inspection of said house? What kind of crazy yahoo would put in a cash offer without the cash on hand to pay for it? What kind of sad sap would sign a contract on a house out of pure emotion? Who would move ahead on a dilapidated old house requiring a full gut renovation without first bringing through architects and contractors to get bids?

 

In short, what kind of loser would fall in love with a house and fail to act with reason?

 

The answer, my friends, may startle you…but it’s: ME!

 

I wanted that house.

 

And after 24 years in it, I have not one scintilla of regret. That’s because we felt confident in the potential of the house - and we were willing to take some risk.
